Chapter 10ofTitle47ofthe District ofColumbiaOfficial Code is amended as follows: (a)The table ofcontents is amended by adding a new section designationto read as Lot 0005, Square 3766.". "(a) The real property, and anyimprovements on theproperty, located at 219 Riggs Road,NE, known fortax and assessment purposes as Lot 0005, Square 3766 ("Property"), shall be exemptfrom thetax imposed by Chapter 8ofthistitle; provided,that theProperty is owned by Food& Friends, Inc.; andprovided further, thatFood& Friends, Inc., orany lessee of the Property, continues to usethePropertyto provide charitable food distribution orrelated services.
