ENROLLED ORIGINAL D.C. ACT 26-438 IN THE COUNCIL OFTHE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA OCTOBER 20, 2026 To approve, on an emergency basis, Modification Nos. M0008, M0009, and M0010, to Contract CW110323 with Tag-B Parking, LLC, and to authorizepayment for the goods and servicesreceivedand to bereceived under the modifications. act may be cited as the "ModificationNos. M0008, M0009 and M0010 to ContractNo. CW110323 with Tag-B Parking, LLC Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2026". Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451ofthe District ofColumbia Home Rule Act, approved December24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Cod§e 1-204.51), and notwithstanding the requirementsofsection 202 ofthe Procurement Practices Reform Actof2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approvesModification Nos. M0008, M0009,and M0010 to ContractNo. CW110323 withTag-B Parking, LLC, and authorizes payment inthe not-to-exceed amountof$18,710,208 for the goods and services received and to be received underthemodifications. Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement. The Council adopts the fiscal impactstatement ofthe ChiefFinancial Officer as the fiscal impact statementrequired by section 4aofthe General Legislative Procedures Actof 1975, approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). Sec. 4. Effectivedate. This act shall take effect following approval by the Mayor(or in the eventofveto by the Mayor, action by the Council to override the veto), and shall remain in effect forno longerthan 90 …
