M0007 and M0008 to Contract CW110321 with MilesAway Charter, LLC, and to authorizepaymentfor the goods and services received and to be receivedunder the modifications, BE ITENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOFCOLUMBIA, Thatthis actmay be cited asthe "Modification Nos. M0007 and M0008 to ContractNo. CW110321 with Miles Away Charter, LLCApproval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of2026". Sec. 2. Pursuantto section 451 oftheDistrict ofColumbiaHome Rule Act, approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code§ 1-204.51),andnotwithstanding the requirementsofsection 202ofthe Procurement Practices ReformAct of2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves Modification Nos. M0007 and M0008 to ContractNo, CW110321 with Miles Away Charter, LLC, and authorizes payment in thenot-to-exceed amountof $1,465,200 forthe goodsand services received and to be received under the modifications. Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement. 'The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement ofthe ChiefFinancial Officer as the fiscal impactstatementrequired by section 4aofthe General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). Sec. 4. Effectivedate.
