ENROLLED ORIGINAL ACT 26-442 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA. OCTOBER 20, 2026 To approve, on anemergency basis, ModificationNos. M0009,M0010, and M0011 to Contract No. CW110208 with Ramjay Inc., and to authorize payment for the goods and services received and to be received underthe modifications. BE ITENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA, Thatthis actmay be cited as the "ModificationNos. M0009, M0010 and M0011 to Contract No. CW110208 withRamjay Inc. Approval and PaymentAuthorization Emergency Act of2026". Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451 ofthe District ofColumbiaHome Rule Act, approved December24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51), and notwithstanding the requirements ofsection 202ofthe Procurement Practices Reform Actof2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves Modification Nos. M0009, M0010, andM0011 to ContractNo. CW110208 with Ramjay Inc., and authorizes paymentin the not-to-exceed amount of$4,802,490 forthe goods and services received and to be received under themodifications. Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement. 'The Council adopts thefiscal impact statementoftheChiefFinancial Officer asthefiscal impact statement required by section4a oftheGeneral Legislative Procedures Act of1975, approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). Sec. 4. Effectivedate.
