ENROLLED ORIGINAL D.C. ACT 26-444 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA OCTOBER 20, 2026 To approve, on anemergency basis, Modification Nos. M04, M05, and M06 to Contract No. CW106884 with See ForeverFoundation, andto authorize paymentfor the goodsand services received and to bereceived underthecontract. BEIT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA, Thatthis actmay be cited as the "Modification Nos. M04, MOS and M06 to ContractNo. CW106884with See Forever Foundation Approval and PaymentAuthorization Emergency Act of2026". Sec. 2. Pursuantto section 451 ofthe DistrictofColumbia HomeRule Act, approved December24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51), and notwithstanding the requirements ofsection 202 ofthe Procurement Practices Reform Actof2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves Modification Nos. M04, MOS,andM06 to ContractNo. CW106884 with SeeForever Foundation and authorizes payment in the not-to-exceed amountof$3,968,957.85 for thegoods and services receivedandto be received underthe contract. Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement. The Council adopts the fiscal impact statementofthe ChiefFinancial Officer as the fiscal impactstatement required by section 4a oftheGeneral Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). Sec. 4, Effectivedate. This actshall take effectfollowingapproval by the Mayor(or in theeventofveto by the Mayor, action by the Council to override the veto), and shall remain in effect forno longerthan 90 …
