ENROLLED ORIGINAL ACT 26-453 INTHE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA OCTOBER 29, 2026 To approve, on anemergency basis, amultiyear Reimbursable Agreement with theWashington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to design and constructstation improvements atthe Stadium-Armory Metrorail Station. BE IT ENACTED BYTHE COUNCILOF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA, That this act maybe cited as the "Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Stadium-Armory Station Improvements Fiscal Year2026 to Fiscal Year2030 Reimbursable Agreement Emergency Act of 2026". Sec. 2. Pursuantto section451of theDistrictofColumbiaHome RuleAct, approved December24, 1973 (87 Stat, 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51),theCouneil approves the multiyear ReimbursableAgreement formore than $1 million with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authorityto design and construct station improvements atthe Stadium-Armory Metrorail Station in the amount of $300million. Sec. 3. Fiscalimpact statement. 'The Council adoptsthe fiscal impact statementoftheChiefFinancial Officer asthefiscal impact statementrequiredby section4aof the General LegislativeProceduresAct of1975, approvedOctober 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). Sec, 4, Effectivedate. This actshalltakeeffect following approvalby theMayor(orinthe eventofvetoby the Mayor, action by theCouncil to overridetheveto), and shallremainin effectforno longer than 90 days, as provided foremergency actsoftheCouncil oftheDistrict ofColumbia in section 412(a) of ENROLLED ORIGINAL the District ofColumbia Home Rule Act, approved December24, 1973 (87 Stat. 788; D.C.
