Status: In committee, October 9, 2026

The OANC would submit a report to the Council on its findings and recommendations. It would require that the Council consider the report of the OANC when making adjustments in the boundaries of the Advisory Neighborhood Commission single-member districts and ANC areas. It would also establish requirements for certain ANC seats to be considered vacant. It establishes in person voting procedures for the Department of Corrections with the assistance of the Board of Elections. It clarifies that no Commission may solicit donations unless specifically authorized.
