A BILL To amend the Public Health Service Act with respect to the drug discount program, and for other purposes. SECTION 1. Short title; table of contents (a) Short title This Act may be cited as the Supporting Underserved and Strengthening Transparency, Accountability, and Integrity Now and for the Future of 340B Act or the SUSTAIN 340B Act .
