RES. 213 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations; Notice of Decision . SECTION That Congress disapproves the rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations; Notice of Decision (90 Fed. Reg. 1998 (January 10, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect. Passed the House of Representatives September 16, 2026. Kevin F. McCumber, Clerk.
