A BILL To amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 to make a technical correction to the water rights settlement for the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation, and for other purposes. SECTION 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Technical Correction to the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation Water Rights Settlement Act of 2025 . SECTION 2. Authorization of payment of adjusted interest on Development Fund Section 10807(b) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 ( Public Law 111-11 ; 123 Stat. 1409) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (3)-- (A) by striking Development Fund and inserting Development Fund-- (B) by striking $9,000,000 and inserting the (C) by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and (D) by adding at the end the 52 Stat. 1037); and (ii) the American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994 ( Public Law 103-412 ). ; and (2) by adding at the end the following: (4) Derivation of funds To the extent provided in advance in appropriations Act, amounts authorized pursuant to paragraph (3)(B) are authorized to be derived from amounts otherwise made available to the Secretary to implement authorized Indian water rights settlements. .
