A BILL To reauthorize the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund. SECTION 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund Reauthorization Act . SECTION 2. San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund Section 110 of division B of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (114 Stat. 2763A-222), as enacted into law by section 1(a)(4) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2001 ( Public Law 106-554 ), is amended-- (1) in subsection (a)(3)(A)(ii), by striking for a period not to exceed 10 years, following the initial date of operation of the project ; and (2) in subsection (d)(1), by striking $146,200,000 and inserting $250,000,000 .
